Before and After Care Sign Up 2025-2026
We are excited to offer Before and After Care for students in full day Pre-K3 through 8th grade for an additional fee this year. To register your child, please use the form linked below. All payments will be processed through FACTS. Program Start Dates: Before Care and After Care for grades K–8 will begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Please ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted before this date. After Care for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 will begin on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Completed paperwork must be submitted prior to this date. Registration & Payment Information: All students must be pre-registered and pre-paid by the 1st of each month for Before and After Care services. If your child is not registered by this date, they will not be allowed to attend the program. All payments will be billed through FACTS. Discounts: A 10% family discount will be applied for 2 children. A 20% discount will be applied for 3 children or more. Important Policies: If your child(ren) are not picked up by 3:10 PM, they will be sent to After Care, and a $16 drop-in fee will be charged. If you require emergency After Care, please call the office to notify us, and a $16 emergency drop-in fee will be applied. No cell phones or smart watches are allowed during before or after care. Phones will be collected at the beginning of After Care and returned at pick-up. Snacks will be provided for students attending After Care. Please make the director aware of any allergies your child may have. Students are welcome to eat breakfast during Before Care, but they must clean up after themselves.
